Delete your Notiee account

You can delete your account and all of its data at any time — in the mobile app or on the web.

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Notiee app, or sign in at notiee.com.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. At the bottom, in Danger zone, tap Delete account and confirm.

What gets deleted

Your account and everything in it: notes, drawings, flashcards, mind maps, podcasts, AI chats, study plans, practice tests, uploaded files, recordings and learning statistics. Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. Purchase records may be kept where accounting or tax law requires it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it first in your App Store account settings or in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Web subscriptions (LemonSqueezy) can be cancelled in Settings → Billing.

Can't sign in?

E-mail us from the address your account uses at support@notiee.com and we'll delete the account within 30 days.
